If you notice anything at all that was missed or not done to your satisfaction listed on our cleaning checklist within 24 hours of the cleaning being performed we will immediately schedule a time to return to your home at no charge and ensure any and all items are 100% cleaned. It’s that simple.
Special Terms of Service for 100% Clean Guarantee:
We do not provide refunds or discounts for cleanings performed that have items on our cleaning checklist that a customer claims are missed. We will happily return to the home at no charge and address any concerns in a timely manner to ensure your satisfaction. It is the customers responsibility to notify Austin’s Maid Service within 24 hours of the cleaning of any aspects of the cleaning that were not done to their satisfaction to qualify for the 100% clean guarantee. We cannot be responsible for things that might happen in the home days or weeks after the initial cleaning was performed.
