These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you and Austin’s Maid Service© regarding our cleaning services and any related interactions. By using our services, you agree to these Terms, which encompass our policies, including our 100% Clean Guarantee, Cancellation Policy, and other terms specified herein.

General Policies
100% Clean Guarantee Terms
At Austin’s Maid Service©, we strive to provide excellent service and satisfaction with every cleaning. Our 100% Clean Guarantee ensures that if any task from our cleaning checklist is not completed to your satisfaction, we will promptly address it at no extra cost.
How the 100% Clean Guarantee Works
If you discover any missed or unsatisfactory tasks within 24 hours of our cleaning, please contact us, and we will schedule a time to return and correct the issue. This guarantee applies only to tasks on our standard cleaning checklist and does not cover additional or optional services not explicitly included in our agreement.
Refunds and Discounts
Our policy does not include refunds or discounts for cleaning services. If you’re dissatisfied, we will return to your property and do whatever is necessary to correct the issue at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Exceptions and Limitations of the Guarantee
We cannot be held responsible for any changes or damage that occur in your home after our cleaning is completed. This includes situations where pets, children, or other factors cause the property to become dirty or disordered after we have finished. To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend conducting a brief walkthrough after our cleaning or contacting us immediately if you have any concerns.
Cancellation Terms
Our cancellation policy aims to be fair to both our customers and our staff, acknowledging that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To avoid a cancellation fee, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for weekday appointments. Cancellations within this 24-hour window will incur a $50 fee per cleaner scheduled.
Saturday Cleanings
Saturday appointments are non-refundable. If you cancel a Saturday appointment you will be charged the full cleaning amount, as we allocate significant resources for these bookings.
Importance of 24-Hour Notice for Cancellations
When booking an appointment, we reserve a substantial portion of our cleaners’ day for your property. Late cancellations mean we cannot reassign our staff to other clients, leading to lost revenue and disrupted schedules. To minimize the impact of cancellations, we may offer alternative arrangements, such as completing the cleaning without your presence or rescheduling to another convenient time.

Payment and Billing
We accept credit and debit cards only. A payment hold is processed three days prior to your scheduled appointment. Payments are then processed immediately after services are rendered. If invoices are unpaid for more than 90 days, they will be sent to collections.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services. We reserve the right to investigate any complaints or violations and take appropriate action, including reporting suspected unlawful activities to authorities and sharing relevant information, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Our cleaning service’s name, logo, and other branding elements are protected by trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited. You are not permitted to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Texas. Any legal action must be brought within one year of the cause of action, or it will be permanently barred.
Changes to Services or Terms
Austin’s Maid Service© may update its services, policies, or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after such changes indicates your agreement to the revised Terms.
