Do you think you would make a great addition to our office?

We are looking for an office coordinator with an extremely positive attitude and an outgoing personality. Past experience in a sales capacity is a must.

You will be responsible for booking new appointments, handling critical office data entry, and ensuring our customers have a great experience.

We are a very tech oriented company and everything we do internally is digitally focused. Familiarity with computer software such as excel and email is a requirement. You will be expected to be comfortable using these on day 1.

Paid vacation available after a waiting period. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and you will be commuting to our office off of Burnet/183 in North Central Austin.
